Faith, family, and music were woven into my life before I was old enough to choose them — gifts I was simply blessed to receive. A father who sang. A mother whose hands found the piano like it was the most natural thing in the world. A faith that gave life meaning before I understood what meaning was.
Built on that foundation, curiosity kept pulling me further — into physics, technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship. And eventually into something far more interesting than systems:
People.
Why do some people flourish while others struggle? Why do some relationships deepen while others drift apart? Why do good people sometimes act in ways that don’t reflect who they want to be?
Those questions have shaped much of my life.
I’m Keith Denning — husband, grandfather, and Founder & Chief Guide of Flourish First.
For more than 47 years, my wife, Pat, has been at the heart of that journey. Her love, faith, strength, and example have shaped who I am and quietly made possible much of what I’ve been privileged to do.
Over the years I’ve discovered that flourishing isn’t accidental.
People flourish when they understand who they are, what they value, and how to align their lives with truth that leads to freedom and peace.
Those discoveries eventually became the foundation for Flourish First.
